The Crimson Passage

An environment painting exploration referencing styles. Inspired by Mobius mostly but still my own take and ideas. Just trying new things. Pushing myself out of my comfort zone. I don't draw and paint enough environments. I was thinking about a society of people forced into the sea and air. Some type of ancient land, untouched by it's current inhabitants. With entrances built into small islands or artificial masses that would connect them to their larger ecosystem of structures beneath the sea.
